You have met with one of our rental agents and are ready to get your new home with PPM Realty, here are the things you need to do!

For Rent (fill out the Rental Application by clicking the Apply Now button under the unit you wish to rent)
How it works?

Fill out the Rental Application. Select the Home you wish to rent under the For Rent Page and click Apply Now button. Please fill out only one application per group. If you are applying with a roommate or spouse fill out their personal information by clicking "Save & Add Another Applicant".

There is a $25 application fee per applicant that you will pay when filling out the application. You will need to have your checking or savings account number along with your bank's routing number which you can find on your check.

Provide PPM Realty with a Deposit. Deposit must be Paid after you fill out Application. CLICK HERE TO PAY YOUR DEPOSIT ONLINE The deposit is equale to one months rent

If you are required to have a Co-Signer, have the co-signer fill out the form and send or fax back to PPM. CLICK HERE FOR THE FORMS

You will be notified of your approval by your rental agent or our credit department after they receive your application. This can take from 1 to 5 days so please make sure you fill out the rental application completely so we can expedite your application quickly.

Once you have been accepted you will need to call the proper utility companies. CLICK HERE FOR A LIST OF UTILITY COMPANIES

You will sign your lease close to your move in date or on the day of move in. All PPM residents are required to pay their rent online, instructions will be given on how to do so during your lease signing. PPM can also set up auto pay with a credit or debit card with a $5 per month fee per card.

Once you are in your new home and need any items fixed or checked, please fill out a Maintenance Request by CLICKING HERE.
