The Neighborhood of Oakland is the center for Pittsburgh’s educational, technological and medical district. Not to mention, Oakland is home to some of the most prestigious hospitals in the world.
With a large majority of Oakland’s residents consisting of students, most often renters and apartment buildings and homes, Oakland is also home to a unique array of housing and architectural buildings. Oakland is home to Victorian style homes located in Oakland Square, as well magnificent high rises, apartment buildings and contemporary commercial buildings.
