Located between the Hill District and the Strip District, Polish Hill is a small, warm and friendly community located on the Hillside in East Pittsburgh. Polish Hill was settled by Polish immigrants in the late 1800’s and is most known for the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church which was built in 1905 and remains a Pittsburgh landmark today.
Polish Hill boasts some of the best views of the city and many of the original settlers still have great-grandchildren living on the same hilltop neighborhood as their ancestors. Polish Hill is known as a very tight knit community and is rich in Pittsburgh’s history.
While there aren’t very many readily available home for sale in the Polish Hill Area, you can still find some great properties from time to time.
